IDRC Canada- reforms in skills development

Consultant, IDRC Canada.

Economic Research Institute is leading a team of Zimbabwean researchers on a project which will support government of Zimbabwe to review and implement reforms in skills development that aim to enhance the employability of the working age population, anchored in their national employment policies. These interventions, will in turn propagate the transition of these countries from their current “low-skill, low-wage equilibrium” to a sustainably robust “high skill, high wage equilibrium”.
